Assignments are the bread and butter of Skool. After you Create a course you can start adding assignments.

1. Create a new assignment or edit an existing one

• Tap the + button in the top-right of the Dashboard or Lists tab.
• Or, tap the + button in the list for a specific course to create an assignment in that course.
• Or, tap the Edit button while viewing an assignment's details to edit it.

2. Edit assignment details

• Start by giving the assignment a name.
• You can always change which course the assignment belongs to, even after you've created it.
• Specify if the assignment is a test or not. Tests are treated a little differently in that they are scheduled instead of due.
• Enter the due date and time, if applicable.

<aside> 💡 Tip: You can break down assignments into steps by adding Subtasks.

• If the assignment is going to be graded by your instructor, turn on Graded Assignment. If the assignment doesn't count towards your final grade, turn this off. Read more about the grading system here: !!!

3. Delete an assignment

• If you edit an existing assignment, you can delete it by selecting Delete Assignment at the bottom of the page.

Deleting an assignment will remove all grades and subtasks associated with the assignment!
