We're sorry you experienced that. Computers are fickle things and things don't always work the way we expect. Here's what you can do to help:

If you're a beta tester running the app through TestFlight, there's an easier way to let us know about crashes. Learn how.

If you've opted-in to share analytics data with developers...

...then you don't have to do anything! This is the easiest way to help us improve the app, as information about why the app crashed (called a crash log) is automatically sent our way. This will help us fix the problem as quickly as possible and takes absolutely no action on your part. Use this time to go study!

When you send a crash log, we receive the following information:

• Your device type (e.g. iPhone 7 or iPad Pro)
• Your iOS version (e.g. iOS 14.2)
• The version of the app you were running
• What the app was doing leading up to the crash

If you have share analytics turned off...

...then we would really appreciate it if you could let us know about this crash by sending us a message so we can investigate further.

Please provide the following, if possible:

• The crash log generated when the app crashed.
  • How to find your device's crash logs
• What version(s) of the app you're seeing this bug occur in. You can see the version number at the bottom of the Settings menu within the app.
• What version(s) of iOS you're seeing this bug occur in and on which devices (e.g. iOS 13.5, iPhone 8, iPad Pro, etc).
• Steps to reproduce the bug (What you did, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened).
• Screenshots or videos are also super helpful if you can send them our way!
